Queen’s Share Rum (limited Availability)

Maggie’s Farm Queen’s Share Rum is our overproof reserve spirit made exclusively from the tail runnings of our regular distillations (this is the Queen’s Share method of distillation). We keep these tail runnings, containing a higher concentration of rum oils and flavor and aroma compounds, and re-distill them on their own. This results in a more flavorful and complex spirit, yet smoother due to the additional distillation. They’re then bottled at cask strength in a rotating line of barrel finishes.

Single Barrel Rum (Limited Availability)

Maggie’s Farm Single Barrel Rum is aged at a minimum of two years in used rum casks. Unlike many other American craft distilleries, we keep to this traditional manner of aging to allow for the natural flavors from chemical reactions to occur, resulting in a sophisticated palette with notes of caramel and vanilla complimented by a hint of oak.

Maggie’s Farm Sherry-Cask Aged Rum (limited Availability)

Pot-distilled from turbinado sugar, this rum is aged for a minimum of three years in ex-rum barrels before being finished for brief periods in Oloroso Sherry barrels from Jerez, Spain. This creates a full-bodied herbaceous sipping rum with hints of dark fruit and nuts. Bottled at cask strength.

White Rum

Maggie’s Farm White Rum is distilled from a fermentation of raw turbinado cane sugar sourced from Louisiana. We open-ferment our cane for nearly 3 weeks with a Caribbean-derived rum yeast and pot distill it for full body and flavor. We gradually proof down the finished rum over an extended period of time, then age in stainless for up to 3 months for additional ester development and smoothness. This results in a spirit profile that falls between heavy Caribbean rums and those of the French West Indies, with a slight grassiness and soft notes of vanilla.

“50/50” Dark Rum

Maggie’s Farm 50/50 Dark Rum is made in the traditional style of a Caribbean dark rum by blending and aging our own pot-distilled cane rum with an extra-aged molasses based, column-distilled rum from the Caribbean and re-age an additional 6-9 months to allows the flavors to marry. In the spirit of ownership and transparency, we always maintain our 50/50 proportionate blend, with full disclosure on the label.

Spiced Rum

Maggie’s Farm Spiced Rum is unlike most spiced rums. Using only fresh ingredients, we infuse our Spiced Rum with a unique blend of eight different spices, including vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and freshly grated orange zest. The result is a distinctively spiced rum with a uniquely dry finish that’s neither syrupy nor overly sweet.

“50/50” Pineapple Rum

Blending in the same fashion as our regular 50/50 Dark Rum, Maggie’s 50/50 Pineapple Dark Rum is made by macerating fresh pineapple in an imported aged rum to capture the natural fruity sweetness. Then, we vapor distill our own white rum through pineapple barks to capture the natural oils. Both rums are combined in equal measurements to capture the full essence of the tropical fruit with no artificial ingredients.

Maggie’s Farm Rum Old Fashioned

Maggie’s Farm Rum Old Fashioned is a rum-based version of the classic American cocktail, and the world’s first rum old fashioned RTD originally released in 2016. We age our rum in rye whiskey barrels with an addition of American oak cubes to capture the flavor and aroma only barrel-aging can provide. We then combine the barreled rum with Louisiana turbinado sugar and aromatic bitters in the same proportions of as a traditional old fashioned . The result is a balanced cocktail that’s ready to use. Simply pour over ice, garnish with orange peel and enjoy.

Falernum Liqueur

Maggie’s Farm Falernum Liqueur, our recreation of the classic mixer from Barbados, is made with all fresh ingredients. Ginger, fresh-grated lime zest, toasted whole cloves, and toasted allspice berries are added to our White Rum in small batches, then sweetened with the same turbinado sugar that we use for distilling. The end result is a 50 proof, shelf-stable liqueur that can be used as an excellent mixer for cocktails, a chilled digestif, or simply enjoyed mixed with tonic or soda.

Coffee Liqueur

Maggie’s Farm Coffee Liqueur is made with locally-roasted, fair-trade coffee beans. The beans are ground in house to create an incredibly fresh cold-brew coffee, which we blend with our white rum for smooth flavor and rich body. Finally, we add our own house-made vanilla extract and a bit of dark brown sugar for a perfectly balanced touch of sweetness.

Hidden Harbor 100proof White Rum Blend

Designed by and for Hidden Harbor Tiki Bar in Squirrel Hill specifically for use in daiquiris and other tropical drinks, we bottle this rum as a custom blend using Maggie’s Farm white rum and Queen’s Share rum balanced with rums sourced from Jamaica, Guyana, Martinique, Barbados, and Trinidad. This rum does not hold back in flavor and aroma, with a molasses funk and a smooth grassiness.
